Location: Ravenscraig Park, Kirkcaldy
Race starts at 1900, entry on the night from 1800 beside the car park. £2 for adults, 16 and under free.
There are no changing facilities, so come ready to run.
There are no prizes for individual races, but prizes will be awarded for cumulative times over the 4 races. Prizegiving at the September relay.
All races are over certified routes and have a SAL permit.
