Chris Russell retained his Prince of Darkness title for the sixth consecutive year winning the sixth and final race in the Nightmare Series.

The 3.5 mile romp from Ceres car-park, followed by two laps of Craighall Den, saw Chris clock a winning 21 minutes 20 seconds chased home by Craig Love (Dundee Hawkhill).

Jane Dunlop (Dundee RR) placed 17th overall, third female on the night but with enough points in the bag to retain her overall female title - the first occasion a woman has retained her title since Jocelyn Scott in 2006.

The participants enjoyed a lavish prize presentation along with stovies in the Ceres Inn. The series raised £200 for the Sensory Impairment charity.
